Job Responsibilities :
The purpose of the job is to plan, supervise, and coordinate S/W tools for association management and portal development. Online activities and social media control. Responsible for international affairs.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
1. Update social media profiles and advice new trends needed to the association.
2. Design the company Profile, Roll up, pop up, e-shot…. Etc.
3. Carry out e-marketing functions developed by the consultants.
4. Online ads & email shots to communicate with the members.
5. Content management of the company social Media; Facebook and Twitter.
6. Administration and monitoring of the company Portal content and updating whenever needed with follow up.
7. Prepare events PR logistics; email shots, invitations,……..etc.
8. Responsible for the company quarterly Newsletter, gathering its content from relevant staff members.
9. Monitoring and following up progress on various proposals, meetings, reports.
10. Manage and develop the company Quarterly &Annual report.
11. Responsible for the company presentations.
12. Responsible for the Technology of the computer systems & software necessary to develop the functions of the Association.
13. Responsible for planning, organizing and execution of the IT functions. Control of the infrastructure, applications, and technical solutions needed for the association.
14. Supervise E-mail activities & accounts
