Organizing value appointments . Responsible for selling properties to investors. Source potential investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship. Advice and discuss various opportunities of property services. Support, Assist and train affiliates and agents. Attend to inquiries from any walk in clients. Build awareness and knowledge of our products in the property market.
Qualifications We are looking for a confident Property Consultant who is willing to put the hard yards in to be remunerated generously. The candidate must be a capable Sales Consultant to join a professional team of property experts skilled in providing high-quality services to exclusive clientele. Minimum requirements of B.SC. from a recognized educational institute. Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate field or similar to the one that he will be handling. Motivated, Well Organized & Full of Energy. Effective& Astute Communication Skills. Strong Business Acumen. Ability to develop new business. Excellent analysis and problem solving skills. Well-presented. An understanding of relevant sales processes with an impressive track record.
